Alexandre Porceillon est le Chef de La Table du Gouverneur. Attaché aux traditions régionales et aux produits du marché, il propose une carte qui met à l’honneur une gastronomie gourmande du terroir parsemée de touches asiatiques. Sa cuisine bistronomique est authentique et raffinée et saura vous séduire par sa simplicité élaborée.

Loïc Harmant, the Pastry Chef of La Table du Gouverneur, enjoys creating emotion with the simple, yet accurate flavours of his desserts. He with humility likes to reinterpret pastry classics so that one will keep the memory of unique, authentic flavours. To end a meal with one of Loïc’s creations, is the guarantee of experiencing a sweet and precious moment, just like Marcel Proust and his famous “madeleine”.

THE CLUB HOUSE

Chesterfield armchairs, a bar, a plush atmosphere, there are all the aesthetic codes of the British spirit in the golf’s club house. This privileged, entirely cottage-like decorated space, is the ideal place for golfers to relax and chill out, to get together over a glass, to enjoy a snacking break or play different games in a very friendly ambience. On the outside the dedicated, genuinely charming, shady terrace is available on sunny days.
